As my children grew older, I started to think more about my older years. I once heard a 78 year old friend said,’growing old is bravery!’ Because every day you don’t know what will happen and you know your body is not going to get better. I started to imagine, will my children have children, what are they heading in the world? How would you see yourself when you get to your golden years?
